ANAF is auctioning an apartment of 55 sqm in Oradea, with a starting price of 18,850 lei, reduced by 50% after the previous auction.

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has announced the auction of an apartment with a usable area of 54.80 sqm, located in Oradea, with a starting price of 18,850 lei, equivalent to approximately 3,500 euros.

This 50% reduction was applied after the property was not sold in previous auctions, having an initial valuation of 37,700 lei. The apartment also includes a share of land and is exempt from VAT. Participants can place bids below the starting price, but not lower than 9,425 lei, and the award will be made to the highest bid offered, provided there are at least two valid bids.

The auction will take place between August 19 and September 18, 2026, and the participation fee is 1,885 lei.
