Elena Udrea, recently released from prison, has 5,000 square meters of land in the north of the capital auctioned by ANAF in an attempt to recover the damages from the 'Gala Bute' case. The initial price was 9 million lei, but this is expected to fall. Udrea also owns 40.2 hectares of agricultural land in Călărași. If the assets recovered exceed the damage, she could request the restitution of unsold goods.
