A two-year-old girl from Maramureș was filmed smoking an electronic cigarette, and the police reported it to DGASPC for the protection of minors.

A girl of only two years and seven months from Maramureș County was caught in a video while smoking an electronic cigarette, being held in the arms of her older sister, a 15-year-old teenager. The images, which were posted on a social network, sparked a wave of negative reactions and were subsequently deleted.

The police from the town of Șomcuta Mare took notice and initiated checks, establishing the identity of the two sisters from the locality of Finteușu Mic. Authorities informed the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection about the situation of the child, emphasizing the importance of children's safety and urging citizens to report such cases to ensure the protection of minors.
