Over 15,000 people are without electricity in Alba County due to severe weather.

On Sunday morning, the number of users in Alba County without electricity has decreased to 15,390, compared to 43,531 initially reported. Authorities have mobilized 36 teams to address the remaining outages. Additionally, the supply to water treatment and pumping stations is being restored, affecting approximately 180 consumers. ISU Alba announced that five generators have been or will be put into operation to ensure energy supply in the localities of Ciuruleasa, Câmpeni, Vidra, Avram Iancu, Horea, and Sălciua de Jos.

The high-power generators come from ISU Alba and other counties. Traffic on national and county roads in Alba is taking place under winter conditions, with interventions on the A1 and A10 highways, where 64 machines have been used to maintain safety.
