The incident took place at a college in Constanța, where a student slapped a teacher following a verbal conflict. The police were notified and intervened, establishing the identity of those involved. Although the woman did not suffer visible injuries and refused medical care, the police opened a criminal case for disturbing public order. Representatives of the Constanța Police Inspectorate confirmed that the teacher refused a protection order.
