In the last 24 hours, 123 people have been rescued by mountain rescuers, with the most calls coming from Caraș Severin and Brașov.

In the last 24 hours, the mountain rescuers in Romania intervened to save 123 people, receiving 119 emergency calls. The most requests were recorded for Salvamont Caraș Severin-Muntele Mic (15 calls) and Salvamont Brașov County, Maramureș, and Sinaia (13 calls each). Three people were rescued with the help of the SMURD helicopter. Of those rescued, 43 were transported to the hospital by ambulances, while the rest were taken by their relatives. Additionally, 59 calls were received for information and advice related to hiking trails in the mountainous areas.
