Brigitte Bardot, one of the greatest actresses of French cinema, has been hospitalized for three weeks in a private hospital in Toulon, following a surgical intervention due to a serious condition. At 91 years old, the star has had a difficult recovery and in the summer of 2023 was admitted to the same clinic for respiratory issues. Although doctors suggest that she could be discharged soon, her health condition is still delicate, and concerns persist. Bardot is known for her fabulous career, having 45 films and over 70 musical pieces, becoming a symbol of the '60s. After retiring from film in 1973, she dedicated herself to humanitarian activities and animal protection through the foundation that bears her name. Recently, she launched a campaign for animal adoption and published the autobiographical volume 'BBcédair'.
