The Petrolul Ploiești football team has ended the collaboration with coach Laszlo Balint, who led the team in the last six matches of the previous season. Balint took over the team on April 8, and at that time his deal was valid until the end of the 2024/2025 season. An announcement about the termination was posted on the club's Facebook page.
