Mircea Lucescu began his playing career in 1961 with Dinamo Bucharest, where he won five league titles and a Romanian Cup. After a playing career, he dedicated himself to coaching, leading teams such as the Romanian national team, Dinamo Bucharest, Internazionale Milano and Shakhtyor Donetsk to national and international titles, including the 2009 UEFA Cup. The multi-award-winning Lucescu is considered one of the best coaches in football history.
