Liverpool have officially announced the transfer of French striker Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt for €95 million. The transfer is also beneficial for PSG, who will receive almost €19 million thanks to the player's departure clause. Ekitike becomes Liverpool's second French player, after Ibrahima Konaté. Liverpool have also acquired a number of other players this transfer window, including Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong, strengthening their squad.
