Iga Swiatek has announced that she has started collaborating with a coach who has worked with Rafael Nadal and Emma Raducanu.

After a premature exit from the Miami tournament, Polish player Iga Swiatek decided to make a significant change in her team, announcing Francisco Roig as her new coach. In a story posted on Instagram, Swiatek wrote: "Welcome to the team, Francisco! Very excited for this new chapter." Roig, with 17 years of experience on the circuit, has previously worked with Rafael Nadal, as well as Matteo Berrettini and Emma Raducanu, having extensive expertise in training top players.
