Gică Hagi has reached an agreement with Răzvan Burleanu to become the head coach of the Romanian national team, with a 4-year contract and an annual salary of 30,000 euros. To secure this role, Hagi will give up his shares at Farul Constanța, which will be split between Gică Popescu and Hristo Stoichkov. Rivaldo already holds 10% of the shares. Hagi will take over the national team after Mircea Lucescu's departure, considering that the team needs stability for the match against Turkey in March.
