Four Sporting Roșiori players have been suspended for 9 months each for match-fixing and receiving sports penalties.

The four players, Valentin Florin Neaga, Marian Daniel Stoenac, Marius Mitran and Ionel Ciortan, each received a 9-month suspension and a sports penalty of 100,000 lei. They were sanctioned for violating the FRF's disciplinary rules on the integrity of matches, namely influencing the result in order to gain an advantage. The match that was fixed was Sporting Roșiori - Vedița Colonești, in League 3.
