Belgian footballer Radja Nainggolan has been arrested in an investigation into cocaine trafficking from South America to Europe.

<p>Nainggolan, 36, was arrested as part of an investigation into the importation of cocaine from South America to Europe via the port of Antwerp and its redistribution in Belgium. Several suspects were arrested following about 30 police raids. He played for teams such as Inter Milan and AS Roma, and won 30 caps for the Belgian national team.
