Denmark has also won the title of European champion in men's handball. A historic triple for the Nordics.

The Denmark team won the Men's European Handball Championship - EHF EURO 2026, hosted by Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, after defeating the German team in the final with a score of 34-27, on Sunday evening, in Herning, on home ground.

This is Denmark's third European title in history, the team that now holds all major titles, after the 2024 Olympic Games and the 2025 World Championship.
