Denisa Golgotă won the gold medal at the FIG World Challenge Cup 2025 in Szombathely, with 12.750 points, ranking first, similar to the qualifications, where she had a higher score (13.400). Julia Soares and Julia Coutinho from Brazil also made it to the podium, with scores of 12.55 and 12.250, respectively. Romania was also represented by Ella Crețu Oprea and Anamaria Mihăescu, who did not advance from the qualifications. The competition brought together gymnasts from 40 countries, and the Romanian team was accompanied by coaches Corina Moroșan and Florin Cotuțiu.
