Gymnast Denisa Golgotă claims the Romanian Gymnastics Federation of harassment and favoritism within the team.

Denisa Golgota, a Romanian gymnast, made serious accusations upon returning from the 2025 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, claiming that she was harassed and discriminated against in the training hall. Although she filed a complaint with the Romanian Gymnastics Federation for harassment, Golgota says her complaint was ignored. Golgota stated that she was threatened and that another gymnast is favored by officials, which led to a toxic atmosphere.

Despite the difficulties, she managed to place 7th in the competition. Her coach, Corina Moroșan, was the only person who supported her during this time. The president of the Federation, Ioan Suciu, stated that the accusations are surprising and that an investigation will be opened to clarify the situation. Golgota emphasized that she did not expect such treatment and called for measures from the Federation to prevent harassment in the future.
