The decision was made following a joint analysis of the results recorded in the current competitive season. While domestically the team has performed according to the established objectives, remaining unbeaten, the journey in the EHF Champions League did not fully reflect the club's expectations.

Additionally, the club has also accepted the resignation of the team's team manager, Cristina Vărzaru.

The management of CSM Bucharest thanks both for their work, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated throughout the collaboration and wishes them success in their future careers.

Until a new head coach is appointed, the technical activity of the team will be temporarily coordinated by assistant coach Iulia Curea, who will ensure the continuity of training.'' stated CSM Bucharest.
