The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, visited hospitals in Prahova County affected by the lack of running water and stated that the situation "seems under control". He confirmed that it was not necessary to transfer patients to healthcare facilities in Bucharest, but only to the County Emergency Hospital in Ploiești. Admissions in the five hospitals remain suspended until the resumption of drinking water supply, scheduled for Monday.

The hospitals have been supplied with bottled water, and local authorities have provided household and drinking water. Rogobete emphasized that the Public Health Directorate will continue microbiological monitoring to prevent nosocomial infections. He praised the actions of the healthcare units as "exceptional," considering that no uncontrolled medical or epidemiological events have been reported. However, the public health alert remains active until the situation normalizes.
