The accusations concern the involvement of AUR leader, George Simion, in the electoral campaign through fake accounts on TikTok. The CEC has found sufficient grounds for the cancellation of the party's registration, but the final decision will be made by the Constitutional Court. The party has been sanctioned for not declaring campaign expenses, and Costiuc rejects the accusations, stating that his party did not benefit from external support.
