On the evening of 18 August, several Roma and Gagauz citizens were involved in protests paid by the criminal organization 'Shor' near public institutions in Chisinau. Police intervened to restore order, detaining 28 people for aggressive behavior. The authorities emphasize that these actions are aimed at instigating hatred and division between communities, and the involvement of minors in such illegal activities is severely sanctioned. Police urge citizens not to accept illegal financial promises.
