The leader of the Transnistrian branch of the PL, Vladimir Meleca, was detained by individuals who presented themselves as officials of the authorities from Tiraspol.

Meleca was detained in the village of Krasnogorsk by four individuals who presented themselves as employees of the MGB, after a search during which items such as his mobile phone and computer were confiscated. Additionally, images from the surveillance cameras were taken, suggesting an attempt to erase the traces of their actions. The PL formation has called on the authorities to intervene for Meleca's release, highlighting concerns about these actions.
