The incident occurred in September, following a conflict generated by the fact that the wife was trying to prevent him from consuming alcohol.

The woman suffered injuries due to the aggression, and 10 days later, the man threatened his son, who ran away in fear. The defendant has a criminal record for similar offenses and risks a sentence of up to 6 years in prison for the first assault and up to 4 years for threatening his son. He has partially admitted to the committed acts.
