Maia Sandu emphasizes that Russia is aiming to control Moldova by means of hybrid warfare, without being included in the peace negotiations. She believes that restoring peace in Ukraine would provide the best guarantee of security for Moldova. Moreover, European leaders, including Macron and Tusk, will visit Chisinau to support Moldova's sovereignty in the face of Russian interference. Sandu accuses Moscow of destabilization operations and vote-buying ahead of legislative elections.
