Ion Ceban, the leader of the National Alternative Movement (MAN) and mayor of Chișinău, posted a message before the consultations with Alexandru Munteanu, the prime minister designated by Maia Sandu. Ceban severely criticized the government program, considering it more of an electoral program than a concrete action plan. He mentioned that the program contains many beautifully formulated promises but lacks concrete steps and arguments. Ceban emphasized that there are no clear solutions for the citizens' problems, such as pensions, salaries, and jobs.

He also urged Munteanu not to become a "puppet" of the current government and not to be held responsible for any potential failures, but to have the freedom to act in the interest of the citizens. Ceban concluded that, although Munteanu's team includes professionals, there are also individuals who raise questions.
