A drone crashed on the roof of a house in the village of Cuhureștii de Jos, Florești district, on the morning of November 25, 2025. The incident occurred in an orchard nearby, and the authorities were alerted. The Technical Explosive Unit of the Police was dispatched to the scene to conduct checks. Following the incident, people in the area were evacuated, and the perimeter was secured to ensure safety. The Police of the Republic of Moldova announced that it would provide additional details about the incident. Additionally, the Border Police was informed by the Air Operations Service of the Ministry of Defense about the overflight of national airspace by a Shahed-type drone in the southern region of the country.
