The president of USR, Dominic Fritz, confirmed on Sunday evening that there is a consensus in the coalition for reducing the number of positions in the administration, but the details remain unclear. Although a reduction of 40-45% is being discussed, Fritz emphasizes that it is essential to maintain the quality of public services. He has already initiated a 10% reduction of occupied positions in Timișoara and argues that the effects of these reductions on the municipalities must be carefully analyzed, as some are oversized while others are undersized.
