Diana Buzoianu, the Minister of Environment, announced that a draft budget has been sent to the Ministry of Finance, which includes proposals for the Rabla program and necessary funds for energy storage projects through batteries. The launch of these programs depends on the position of the Ministry of Finance regarding the available amounts. Buzoianu emphasized that the delay in approving the budget of the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) also affects projects that have already started, which have been moved from the PNRR. She expressed hope that the budget approval will not take much longer, considering that ongoing projects cannot be paid without this budget, which has led to the stagnation of construction sites opened for six or seven months.
