USR Deputy Claudiu Năsui has raised an alarm regarding the intentions of the Bolojan government to nationalize private companies. He argues that liberalism in the current administration is at a low level and that the government is preparing an ordinance that will facilitate nationalizations through a right of preemption. The state will be able to take over shares or assets from companies it considers to be of 'strategic interest', an idea similar to that promoted by AUR. Năsui warns that nationalizations will turn companies into 'cash cows' for parties, hiring 'party professionals' and covering losses with taxpayers' money.

He emphasizes that the solution does not lie in creating new state companies, but in attracting private investors, as he succeeded in the case of COS Târgoviște. Năsui urges the government to abandon this ordinance, stressing that liberalism should mean something else.
