The action plan signed by Romania and Germany aims to intensify the bilateral partnership, structuring common strategic areas. The document establishes mechanisms for political-diplomatic dialog and coordination on security issues, including the war in Ukraine. It emphasizes support for Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, as well as cooperation in the field of security and defense, including within NATO. It also emphasizes the importance of cooperation in Romania's OECD accession process.
