This discussion took place against the backdrop of the PSD's decision to withdraw from the government and to retract political support for Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.

As a result of these events, it was agreed to postpone the visit of the European official to Romania. Additionally, Nicușor Dan announced that the president decided not to hold the reception for Europe Day, considering that in the current context of the political crisis, such an event is no longer appropriate.
