Radu Miruță, Minister of Economy, emphasized that managers in state-owned companies earn gross salaries of 45,000-50,000 lei, while performance indicators are extremely low and inadequate. He said he would review these indicators and take measures to ensure more efficient management of resources. Miruță blamed political connections that favor the appointment of underperforming managers and promised to intervene to protect Romanians' interests.
