The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, announced that his party will not support the motion of censure submitted by the Opposition, emphasizing that PSD remains a partner in the governing coalition. Grindeanu explained that, in the event that his colleagues decide to leave the government, this will also involve leaving the coalition, but he reaffirmed that they will not vote for such a motion.

The motion of censure, titled "Romania is not for sale - without progressives in government," was read in Parliament and will be debated and voted on December 15. Grindeanu insisted that PSD maintains its commitment to the coalition, without supporting the initiatives of the Opposition.
