Florin Manole, PSD deputy and former Minister of Labor, stated that the party will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the functions in health in the context of the salary law, considering that many professions suffer income losses.

Manole emphasized the importance of establishing a reference salary equal to the minimum wage in the economy, to ensure equity in the system. He also mentioned that PSD will adopt amendments from professionals affected by the law, including police officers, doctors, and teachers.

Among the proposals discussed are the maintenance of allowances for students in military education and compensation for unjustly suspended police officers.

Manole highlighted that there are discrepancies between salaries in central administration and those in local administrations, affecting the attraction of specialists.
