<p>USR has proposed a bill that would require residential centers to install video surveillance cameras to protect vulnerable people from abuse. Despite arguments put forward by USR MP Emanuel Ungureanu, PSD and PNL refused to support the initiative, citing the right to privacy. USR believes the measure would improve the safety of beneficiaries and ensure transparency in social centers.
