The PNRR milestone regarding judges' pensions is unmet. Ilie Bolojan: "Tomorrow I will inform the CCR about the consequences of the postponement"

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan stated that the milestone in the PNRR regarding judges' pensions is considered unmet by the European Commission, which could lead to the loss of nearly 230 million euros.

In a press conference, Bolojan emphasized the importance of respecting the milestones assumed by Romania to access European funds, mentioning that repeated delays in decisions have worsened the situation. He will inform the Constitutional Court about the consequences of these delays, stressing that each institution must be aware of the impact of the decisions made.
