He emphasized that such an action would equate to a "political suicide" for PNL. Fenechiu mentioned that there are divergences among the parliamentarians, with some willing not to vote, while others support the motion.

Regarding a possible new prime minister, he clarified that PNL will not form a coalition with PSD if the government is overthrown, having the option to form a new government or to go into opposition. Fenechiu emphasized that the majority of PNL members support the statutory decisions, even if some colleagues do not agree with Bolojan. He concluded that disregarding these decisions would validate the idea that PNL is an annex of PSD.
