Senator Ninel Peia, in the context of the consultations at Cotroceni: The best government option is formed by PACE, AUR, and PSD

Senator Ninel Peia from the PACE Group stated, at the end of the consultations at the Cotroceni Palace with President Nicușor Dan, that the best option for forming a government is a coalition between PACE, AUR, and PSD, which together hold 256 votes, without needing the support of minorities or independents.

Peia emphasized that, in his opinion, it is essential to have a "healing" prime minister who addresses the economic and social issues of Romanians, in contrast to a "surgical" prime minister who makes drastic decisions without prior analysis. He reiterated the need for responsible leadership that responds to the needs of citizens.
