President Nicușor Dan is participating today in the Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit / The agenda and stakes of the summit in Kiev

The President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, will travel to Kiev today to participate in the fifth edition of the Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit, at the invitation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This visit underscores Romania's commitment to supporting Ukraine and contributing to strengthening security in the Black Sea region and Southeast Europe.

The summit, launched in 2023 in response to Russian aggression, serves as a regional platform for addressing the challenges posed by the war, including security, the economy, and hybrid threats. Nicușor Dan's participation reaffirms Romania's solidarity with Ukraine and support for its independence and territorial integrity.
