The former head of SGG, Marian Neacșu, stated on Thursday, after a meeting with the president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, that the motion of censure initiated by 254 senators and deputies will gather more votes than the signatures existing at the time of submission. Neacșu emphasized that a scenario in which the number of votes is lower than that of the signatories is excluded, considering that the current situation represents a disinformation war.
He also mentioned that PSD does not shy away from the position of prime minister, but that it is premature to position itself before consultations with President Nicușor Dan. In this context, Neacșu stated that it is important to clarify the positions of the parties before making a final decision.
