Liberal MEP Siegfried Mureșan has called on his colleagues from PNL, warning them not to be lured into the PSD trap, which promotes the continuation of governance under the pretext of political stability.

Mureșan emphasized that PSD, together with AUR, has been responsible for the current political crisis and that now, after the motion has passed, the party will try to appoint a puppet prime minister to maintain the appearance of stability. He highlighted that the stability promoted by PSD is synonymous with stagnation and corruption, recalling controversial figures such as Ion Iliescu and Liviu Dragnea. Mureșan urged PNL to remain vigilant and not to be influenced by these political strategies.
