The president of UDMR, Kelemen Hunor, emphasized the necessity of reducing expenses and increasing budget revenues, mentioning a "huge gap" in the budget. He proposed three approaches for reducing expenses, including a 10% reduction in the number of employees or cutting expenses by 7-10%. Additionally, Hunor discussed the merging of administrative-territorial units, noting that there is no such measure in the government program. Any administrative reform is considered a priority for the future, after 2028.
