At the Security Forum in Warsaw, Ionuț Moșteanu emphasized the need to reduce approval times to support the European defense industry in absorbing new orders. The EU's SAFE initiative provides for the mobilization of 800 billion euros for military equipment, with loans of 150 billion euros for purchases, thus supporting both member states and Ukraine.
