She emphasized that unnecessary director posts and structures will disappear. Buzoianu accused a small group of people of turning Romsilva into a clientelistic system and proposed a fair pay scale for employees. Trade union protests highlighted tensions over restructuring, but the minister reaffirmed that Romsilva would not be used for personal gain.
