Nicușor Dan has promulgated a law that offers employees with children with disabilities 8 days per month of work from home or telework.

The law promulgated by President Nicușor Dan allows employees who have children with disabilities to work 8 days a month from home, according to Law no. 81/2018. Those with multiple children with disabilities will receive 2 additional days for each child, and the same benefits apply to families with twins or triplets. The request for telework must be accompanied by the child's disability classification certificate.
