Diana Șoșoaca submitted the lists for the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, declaring that if her candidacy is admitted, the CCR decision is unconstitutional, and if it is rejected, it means that there is a violation of the separation of powers in the state. She emphasized that she will continue the fight to restore the rule of law in Romania.
