Ciprian Ciucu, the mayor of Sector 6 and the PNL candidate for the Capital City Hall, reiterates the invitation to a public debate among the main electoral competitors, emphasizing that he proposed a balanced format from the very first day of the campaign. He believes that the candidates' performance influences the election results and criticizes their lack of response. Ciucu rejects debates organized in spaces controlled by the candidates and suggests a transparent format, organized by a television station or university, with access for all TV channels.

He warns that without a real confrontation, staged debates may occur, mentioning that the stakes are organizing an essential debate awaited by the public. Additionally, Ciucu accuses the existence of negative campaigns, arguing that electoral manipulation is not a fair campaign. He denounces the use of large financial resources to spread false information and unfounded accusations, stating that such practices cannot provide a moral advantage in the electoral competition.
