Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu commented on Thursday on the decision taken by Victor Ponta in 2014, when he was prime minister, to open the Iron Gates in order not to flood Belgrade, flooding Romanian villages instead, and said that when you hold this position you take decisions "harder to explain", saying that he would not have done so.
