Cătălin Drulă, the USR candidate for the Capital City Hall, stated that he would like to collaborate with Ana Ciceală in the City Hall, especially in the field of youth and social policies. He believes that their programs largely coincide, especially regarding affordable housing. Drulă proposes the reorganization of the Real Estate Fund Administration, which manages apartments in Bucharest, to ensure a transparent and fair distribution, directing the housing fund towards young people at reasonable rents.

He also emphasizes the importance of urgently finalizing the General Urban Plan for the development of new housing in the Capital. Drulă also mentions common policies with Ciceală in the field of alternative public transport and green areas, but he avoided asking for her withdrawal from the electoral race, respecting everyone's right to run.
