He claims that the PSD has lied regarding the budget, stating that it included almost 5 billion lei from PNDL/Anghel Saligny that do not exist in execution. Drulă emphasizes that these funds are only on paper and that Sector 4 is accumulating debts, having unpaid bills and set to pay 100 million lei in interest by 2025.
